Crosstown Arts Film Series Presents: The Vanishing

During a road trip through France, Saskia disappears without a trace from a busy service station. Three years later, her partner Rex remains consumed by the mystery, unable to abandon his search for the truth. When the man responsible finally makes contact, Rex is offered the answer he has desperately pursued, but only on terrifying terms.

Directed by George Sluizer, the original Dutch version of The Vanishing is a chilling psychological thriller that builds its horror through patience, obsession, and the unbearable need to know.
