RISE celebrates that enduring legacy through four remarkable works by some of ballet's most influential voices.

Featuring Darrell Grand Moultrie's Lineage, George Balanchine's Valse Fantaisie, Kevin Thomas' Rise, and a world premiere by Donald Byrd inspired by the Harlem Renaissance, the program explores the power of artistic inheritance, resilience, and renewal. From timeless masterworks to bold new creation, RISE is a celebration of the artists whose courage continues to redefine ballet and the generations who will carry it forward.
