As the Garden settles into autumn, you’ll learn how to craft a trio of signature cocktails that celebrate the rich, warm, and aromatic flavors of the season. You’ll also get a taste of the Garden itself, using select garden-grown ingredients in your cocktails while learning about herbs grown here and how you can grow and incorporate them into your own cocktail garden at home.

Your guide for the evening is Hunter Coleman, bar manager at Bari Ristorante and Director of Mixology and Product Development at Waymar Gin House, who will share techniques for balancing flavor, aromatics, and seasonal ingredients to create beautifully crafted cocktails. Whether you’re preparing for holiday hosting, gathering with friends, or simply looking for a new way to savor the season, this workshop will give you the skills and inspiration to create autumn-inspired drinks at home. We encourage you to bring your own charcuterie or snacks to enjoy throughout the evening; small paired bites will also be available at the event.
